We love dogs and believe this is their holiday too. Newquay is very dog friendly, and there’s no reason for your best friend to have to stay locked up or tied to a lamppost! Our appointed K9 Consultant, Mr Pringle, has tried many of the local restaurants, pubs, beaches and activities, to assist us in making recommendations. So if your dog’s recall isn’t great but he wants to play on the beach we know just the place. You want to go out as a family for a Sunday roast? – dog friendly roast dinner no problem. You’re all eating ice cream and your dog’s feeling left out? – You’re going to want the doggy ice cream shop.

"Amazing apartment in the middle of Newquay. The owners are so responsive, friendly and even left scones in the fridge for us. Highly recommend if your travelling with your dog."

John and Mike have been very helpful with local tips with parking etc and things to do. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend if you are coming to Newquay, central to everything."

Location, Location, Location.

I think it’s fair to say that we couldn’t have picked a better location. We are right in the middle of Newquay, the surfing capital of the UK. Step out of the front door of Crest Court, go across the road and there in front of you is Towan Beach.

Towan is more sheltered from the west than Fistral and so it is more family friendly on big wave days. This beach is home to the Blue Reef Aquarium, Cafes, Toilets, Beach Shops, Surf hire and lessons even a fish and chip shop. Everything you need for a day on the beach is right here just moments from our door.

Across the beach is the harbour with its boat trips, fishing trips and wildlife safaris Lifeboat station and rich history.

To the right is the iconic Killacourt which hosts live music every weekend throughout the summer. It’s a great place to have a picnic, enjoy an ice cream or just walk the dog in great surroundings.

To the rear of the building is the town centre with all the facilities you would expect. Whether you want milk and a loaf or fresh lobster, it’s on your doorstep. Bars, pubs and clubs are within easy stumbling distance, but our location protects us from most of the noise that often goes hand in hand with this proximity.

John and Mike have a wonderful place! Very friendly and full of tips and advice. By far the best BNB experience so far. Thanks for the great stay guys!

Meet The Team

"I've been coming to Newquay on holiday for around 25 years now, and owning a property here has always been a distant dream. It wasn't until I woke up after our first night here, and took my breakfast and a coffee out of the front door to enjoy whilst looking out over the sea that it sunk in."
Michael Morris
Owner
"I first came to Newquay over 50 years ago with my parents. Now after taking the opportunity to jobshare I have been able to invest my pension in a property that allows me to spend time in the place I love."
John Morris
Owner
"I first came to Newquay at the age of 11 with my parents and I decided there and then that this was where I wanted to live. Getting this apartment has brought me much closer to realising my dream, and I hope you enjoy staying there as much as I do."

"Spending almost a year in a rescue centre after being picked up as a stray was not an ideal start in life, but I couldn't believe my luck when my new pack brought me to Newquay and let me run up and down the beaches. I'm still a little nervous sometimes but playing on the beaches and making new friends is doing wonders for my confidence. My role is mainly about assessing the suitability of beaches, pubs and restaurants for our canine customers."
