Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your booking with Crest Holidays.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received (full or deposit).
  • Bank transfer payments must be completed within 24 hours of booking.
  • Stripe payments are processed securely via our booking form.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund for cancellations 7–30 days before check-in.
  • No refund if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: After 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM

4. Cleaning Fee & Damages

  • A fixed cleaning fee is included in your total price.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
